Common Questions
How long does deployment take?
Once you have the container image, most teams are running in production within a few hours. The container loads models at startup in 30–60 seconds, and the API is ready to accept requests immediately after. See our Docker quickstart or AWS deployment guide.
What infrastructure do I need?
Any x86 machine with at least 7 GB of RAM and 2 vCPUs. PII Eraser runs on standard compute — no GPUs, no specialized instance types. For optimal performance, we recommend instances with AVX-512 VNNI or AMX support (AMD Zen 4+ or Intel Sapphire Rapids+). See the benchmarks for details.
Does PII Eraser require internet access?
No. PII Eraser runs completely air-gapped. The container makes no outbound network requests during operation — no telemetry, no license checks, no external API calls. It is designed for fully air-gapped environments.
Can I evaluate before purchasing?
Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange access for evaluation. Our documentation, API reference, and example configurations are all publicly available for review.
What support is included?

Does PII Eraser work with our existing Presidio setup?
Yes. PII Eraser provides full Presidio Analyzer compatibility endpoints — same request format, same response format. Change the base URL and immediately benefit from improved accuracy and faster processing.
